01. Education :

Continue and scale-up NFPE, Early Child care & Development program. Participate in social movement to increase access of poor children to education. Mobilize Parents, CBO/VDC and civil society to improve quality of education. Special focuses on girl's education, dropout children because of poverty, education for disable & vocational education for adolescent boys & girals.

02. Health, Nutrition & Sanitration:

Facilitate awareness, skills and practices on health & hygiene, Reduce health risk of mother, childern & adolescent girl, initiate progream to reduce HIV/AIDS transmission, Net-work with GOB health services and actively participate movement for improvement, access availability of health services.

03. Rihgts & good Governance :

Building capacity of CBO/VDC to create access to decision making process. Building network CBO/VDC with UP and facilitate collective work. Work together with the community, NGO and other actors to strengthen

04. Alternative Livelihood Security Options:

Explore On-farm, Off-Farm income generating option for poor, women and seasonal unemployees. Facilitate skills development support, diversified use of local resources and capitalization of local resource person. Promote entrepreneurs using agricultural and low-cost input, micro-finance support, provide support for market net-work/promotion.

05. Disaster Management::

Building capacity of staff and community on disaster management. Provide support to reduce hardship and shock of flood, river erosion. Facilitate and participate all sorts of local/regional disaster preparedness, response and rehabilitation program

Geograpical Coverage

Organization has legal authorization to work all over the country. Presently it has projects in 10 districts across the country.

Current Intervention:
01. Education: .

1.1 Early Child Care & Development (ECCD): 1.2 Non-formal Primary Education (NFPE): 1.3 Post Literacy and Continuing Education for Human Development: It is a GOB funded program. Under the program organization provides Non-formal Education, skill training on IGA/Micro-enterprise. 1.4 Formal School: Since long organization operates a Kinder Garten School. 1.5 Religious Study for Peace & Civilization (RESPECT): To promote religious harmony, organization has established a study center where people/pilgrim from all religious (Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist/ Christians).

02. Health, Nutrition & Sanitration:

2.1 Skill training on Mother & child care. 2.2 Family ration to mal-nutrient children, lactating mother and Pregnant women. 2.3 HIV/AIDS/STI Awareness transmission & prevention. 2.4 Life skill training on water & sanitation, personal hygiene.

03. Agriculture

Agriculture diversification and intensific project though training, research & demonstration.

04. Promotion & Protection of Human Rights

Protection of land rights though Community mobilization and advocacy to promote and protect poor char people right.

05. Local Government Strengthening

Provide training to UP Chairman/Members formation and capacity building support to CBO.

06. Disaster Management

Disaster Preparedness and mitigation. Infrastructure development through Food for Work for flood risk reduction, formation of Union/Village disaster committee and provide skills training to building their capacity on risk identification, preparedness and disaster response.

07. Alternative Livelihood Option through IGA

Cash/kind and technical support to the landless poor households to reduce seasonal unemployment, migration and food insecurity through micro-enterprise, cattle rearing, poultry, fisheries, homestead vegetable cultivation.
